Web/internet password is set to be synchronized with lotus password

There'is setting enabled: "Always set Web/Internet password to match Lotus Notes password (reduces security).

There's no problem with synchronizing. The problem is that Lotus Notes client does not create administration request to set Lotus Notes password. Administration request for internet password is created after Lotus Notes client send's information to Domino server about fact of password change. But Lotus Notes send's this information to Domino server not immediately ! See steps to reproduce .
